Our products are high-powered electric bike kits and components. Improper installation or use can result in serious injury, death, or property damage.

Installation must be performed by a qualified professional.

Customers are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Safety Warning: Lithium-based batteries carry risks of fire, explosion, or injury if mishandled. Always follow proper charging, installation, storage, and disposal instructions.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with installation and use.

3. Manufacturer Responsibility

WheelieGNG is not the manufacturer of the products sold. All products are supplied by third-party manufacturers. WheelieGNG makes no representations regarding product design, manufacture, performance, or safety. Any warranties, claims, or liabilities related to defects, performance, or safety are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as is” and “as available.” WheelieGNG makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

WheelieGNG shall not be liable for any injury, accident, death, or property damage resulting from the installation, use, or misuse of our products.

Where liability cannot be fully disclaimed by law, our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WheelieGNG, its owners, employees, and affiliates against all claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your purchase, installation, or use of our products.

8. Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

WheelieGNG reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its discretion.

Payments must be completed through the methods provided on the website.

9. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 4–6 weeks (actual transit may take 45–60 days depending on FedEx or other carriers).

Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Proof of damage or defect (photos/videos) is required.

Verified claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-defective items are not eligible for return.

All content on WheelieGNG (logos, text, images, videos) is the property of WheelieGNG and may not be used without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. You agree that any disputes or claims shall be resolved exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

WheelieGNG may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of products means you accept any changes.
